Customers Bank Appoints Industry Veteran Daniel Park as Senior Vice President, Treasurer

Customers Bank is pleased to announce industry veteran Daniel Park has joined the bank as Senior Vice President and Treasurer. Park will use his three decades of experience to enhance interest rate risk management processes, integrate capital and liquidity stress testing into corporate planning, as well as optimize funding, liquidity and capital management to maximize the bank’s profitability and fortify financial resilience.

In his new role, Park will establish relationships with Customers Bank’s business leaders to ensure Treasury is effectively delivering funding solutions to the bank’s clients. He will also be responsible for continuing to enhance relationships with the bank’s regulatory stakeholders as he focuses on investment portfolio management, liquidity and funding capital stress testing, as well as risk management.

Park’s financial expertise spans various executive management roles of increasing responsibility at industry-leading banking institutions where he directed capital planning, portfolio management, investment strategies, liquidity and capital management, regulatory compliance and other obligations. Most recently, Park served as Managing Director, Americas Capital Planning and Strategy at UBS. Previously, Park held executive positions at Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, First Union National Bank, Deutsche Bank and Citibank.
