IMM Integrates #eReceiptsPlus with CSI’s NuPoint Core Banking Platform

Cloud-based eReceiptsPlus provides CSI’s NuPoint client’s new, distinctive digital receipt capabilities including SMS (test) delivery of receipts and real-time, remote-sign capabilities, enabling customers to view, sign and complete end-to-end digital transaction receipts on their own mobile device, in addition to traditional receipt delivery options such as thermal print or email. For transaction receipts requiring a signature, the embedded signature capture (patent pending) allows the teller to send the receipt via SMS (text) regardless of their physical location. The consumer then views and signs the receipts directly on their smartphone. The signed receipt with the embedded signature is returned to the teller, then subsequently archived into CSI’s CenterDoc repository with the final copy provided to the customer digitally.

Integrating IMM’s eReceiptsPlus with CSI’s NuPoint core system provides a more intuitive, optimized user design and interface, enabling branch personnel to help more customers, faster, while providing a more engaging, personalized digital experience for the consumer. It also helps the bank break down traditional barriers for using eReceipts due to the physical challenges presented in drive-thru and call-center situations. Only eReceiptsPlus offers a totally-digital solution that applies to both of these use-case scenarios.

Michael Ball, Kinective Senior Vice President, said, “Our new eReceiptsPlus application will transform the way CSI’s banks can engage and interact with their customers. Digitally delivering receipts and capturing signatures right on the customer’s mobile device is a more engaging, personalized experience, but also allows employees to be more effective at their jobs, completing more transactions, faster, with fewer mistakes and errors. This solves many challenges for banks when trying to move the teller functions into a digital-only environment. Such as drive-thru and call center.”

Attendees of the CX23 conference can hear directly from Michael Ball, during Breakout Session 3 on Tuesday, June 6 at 9:45 a.m. Ball will provide an overview of IMM’s eReceiptsPlus announcement as well as other new product announcements being made available to CSI’s client banks
