iPipeline Appoints Kevin Baer Chief People Officer to Focus on Employee Experience

iPipeline, a leading provider of cloud-based software solutions for the life insurance and financial services industry, announced the appointment of Kevin Baer as Chief People Officer, who will play a critical role in guiding the employee experience at iPipeline to strengthen its transformative growth. Baer has more than 35 years of experience designing people strategies and building high-performance organizations for clients including ConocoPhillips, Phillips66, United Airlines, and Constellation Energy. Baer comes to iPipeline from Mpact Leadership Coaching, where he was a founding partner. In this new role, he will report to Larry Berran, CEO, iPipeline.
