eMoney Advisor Provides Access to Planning Platform and Certification Program for FPA Virtual Externship Participants

Fidelity's eMoney Advisor Rolls Out First Mobile App

eMoney Advisor (eMoney), a leading provider of technology solutions and services that help people talk about money, announced it will make its eMoney certification available for free to nearly 2,000 participants in the Financial Planning Association(FPA)’s Virtual Externship, which launched on June 1. As the exclusive technology partner, eMoney is also providing participants with access to eMoney Premier, its most robust planning platform, as well as its Advisor Branded Marketing (ABM) solution, and support from its in-house financial planning team. The eight-week program was created in response to the cancellation of internships and job losses within the financial planning profession due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Previously only offered to students in the eMoney University Program, the eMoney certification is a comprehensive application training course that includes both video content and interactive content types. Powered by Thought Industries, the world’s leading B2B customer training provider, the online learning module is available to participants until July 31, 2020. Upon completion, aspiring CFP professionals will have a marketable skill they can add to their resumes to distinguish themselves amongst their competition when navigating the job market.
