“Our mission has always been to help credit unions transform the way they run their day-to-day operations – so they can spend more time serving members and building their business,” said Amber Harsin, CEO, Prodigy. “Today it’s more important than ever that in-branch members are served quickly and efficiently. Card@Once will give our credit unions a real advantage.”

Through Card@Once, credit unions served by Prodigy will have access to a web-based, end-to-end printing solution that allows them to quickly respond onsite to member requests for new and replacement cards. With CPI fully managing program set-up and ongoing system maintenance, Card@Once frees credit unions from having to deploy their own IT and staff resources to support instant issuance. The easy-to-use, cost-effective instant issuance solution builds on the capabilities and efficiency afforded by the openness and functionality of Prodigy’s modern, cloud-based core processing platform. The integration of Card@Once additionally removes the need for dual entry, empowering branch staff with a more seamless process as they help issue cards to members.

As we continue to add new integrations enhancing client efficiencies, more credit unions will experience the convenience and competitive advantages of Card@Once in the years ahead.”
