Robert Bondi, Renaissance’s Chief Executive Officer, said the acquisition of Evolution Partners “aligns perfectly with our mission to help emerging agents gain the resources and support they need to expand their business.”

The arrangement gives Evolution Partners’ members the opportunity to leverage the same benefits that help Renaissance’s members improve their agency efficiency, drive revenue, and increase their profitability.

Renaissance’s network benefits include expanded market access, placement services, revenue-driving agency technology tools, and service resources for growth-focused independent insurance agencies.

Robert Bondi, Renaissance’s Chief Executive Officer, said the acquisition of Evolution Partners “aligns perfectly with our mission to help emerging agents gain the resources and support they need to expand their business. We’re excited to provide our products and services to more agencies who are seeking consistent, reliable growth.”

“Evolution Partners and Renaissance share the same values and vision, in that we are both focused on helping independent agencies flourish while maintaining their independence,” said Evolution Partners co-founder Pam Meisl. “Through this arrangement, our members will be able to further expand their direct access to preferred carriers, particularly among valued commercial markets.”

As part of the acquisition, Navion Insurance Associates, the flagship agency of Evolution Partners, will be the first in the network to adopt the Renaissance platform.

“Renaissance provides a wide range of resources and services that will support our agency’s continued growth,” Eric Magee and Chad Bitterlich, owners of Navion Insurance Associates and co-founders of Evolution Partners, jointly stated. “We believe strongly in the value of the platform, are excited to adopt it within our own agency, and are confident it will deliver significant benefits to the entire Evolution Partners Network.”

Evolution Partners is the fourth individual network to join Renaissance since 2023. The transaction heralds Renaissance’s further expansion into the West and affirms its strategy to partner with smaller networks which, like individual agents, are looking for opportunities to grow.
