iQUE Insurance Company Transitions to ReSource Pro’s Managed Services Platform, Enabling Faster Quotes and Enterprise-Wide Scalability

iQUE Insurance Company Transitions to ReSource Pro’s Managed Services Platform, Enabling Faster Quotes and Enterprise-Wide Scalability

iQUE, a boutique mono-line workers’ compensation insurance provider, announced that it has successfully transitioned its back-office operations to ReSource Pro’s Managed Insurance Services (MIS) platform. The initiative, which included a full historical data conversion, a new front-end portal, and ongoing service support, went live on July 1, 2025.

iQUE’s deployment of ReSource Pro is fully customized, encompassing its proprietary portal and a full suite of managed services.

The collaboration allows iQUE to dedicate more time to revenue-generating and revenue-protecting activities, while ReSource Pro assumes key operational responsibilities, such as data reporting, policy issuance, postproduction policy support, and bordereaux management. This has resulted in faster quote turnaround time for iQUE’s agency partners.

“As part of a tight timeline driven by a prior vendor transition, ReSource Pro delivered on schedule with a high-touch implementation and minimal interruption to our business,” said Terri Stevens, president of iQUE. “Their team paired subject-matter experts with our counterparts across underwriting, policy administration, audit, accounting, and compliance. That level of partnership helped us identify and fix procedural gaps during the cutover, and we’re already seeing faster quote delivery to our agents.”

With Wilmington Holdings as its parent company, iQUE’s move sets the stage for broader standardization. “Having iQUE live on ReSource Pro’s platform creates a scalable, sustainable platform we can extend across additional Wilmington Holdings subsidiaries,” Stevens added. “It also preserves what makes us different: direct access to decision-makers and programs uniquely tailored to each insured.”

Project Highlights

  • Scope: ReSource Pro completed a full historical data conversion, go-live, and ongoing managed services for iQUE.
  • Efficiency: ReSource Pro delivered an improvement in quote turnaround time by assuming data reporting and select manual processes for iQUE.
  • Customization: ReSource Pro produced branded assets and program-specific workflows tailored to iQUE’s individual needs.
  • Scale: ReSource Pro crafted a roadmap to standardize additional Wilmington Holdings subsidiaries on a single platform.

iQUE’s deployment of ReSource Pro is fully customized, encompassing its proprietary portal and a full suite of managed services. “iQUE opted for a comprehensive, bespoke configuration, from branded documents to program-specific workflows, backed by our underwriting, accounting, technology, compliance, and data reporting teams,” said Zenobia Hastie, head of underwriting and data reporting, ReSource Pro. “That combination is designed to accelerate speed-to-quote, elevate the agent experience, and free iQUE’s team to focus on growth and white glove experience to their agents and insureds.”
