Former JPMorgan Chase & Co. technology exec to support all Kestra Financial, Inc. companies
Kestra Financial, Inc., which offers industry-leading wealth management platforms for independent financial professionals nationwide, continues to deepen its leadership talent pool with the appointment of Nick Harness as Chief Information Officer. Harness will focus on optimizing firms’ experiences through forward-thinking technology leadership and innovative product and platform development. He will report directly to CEO James Poer and support all Kestra Financial, Inc. companies and divisions: Kestra Financial, H. Beck, Arden Trust Company, and Bluespring Wealth Partners.

Key areas of expertise for Harness include optimizing the customer experience and leveraging the power of data and predictive analytics.

Prior to joining Kestra Financial, Inc., Harness served as Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer of Asset Management at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he set the IT strategy, vision, and roadmap for the global distribution/sales organization and built a high-performance application development team that executed upon the roadmap. Harness also spent nearly two decades at Morgan Stanley, advancing into a variety of leadership roles including Chief Information Officer and Managing Director of the Investment Research Division.
