In recent months, SpotOn has made a concerted push to arm restaurants with technology like Online Ordering, Dine-In, contactless ordering and payment, and now reservation management. “Our clients, and businesses nationwide, are having to adapt how they run their businesses,” said Zach Hyman, Co-founder of SpotOn. “We’ve long admired what the Seatninja team has been building and feel that integrating their software into our product suite will give restaurants the tools to streamline their operations.”

Seatninja, now known as “SpotOn Reserve,” has hundreds of satisfied customers, including chains like Maggiano’s and Outback Steakhouse, as well as top regional brands like Dewey’s Pizza and Mikuni Sushi, along with many individual restaurants nationwide.

“SpotOn continues to be an exceptional partner for us. We are excited about the future and the complete integration of customer experience with SpotOn Reserve,” said Ben Pryor, Director of Innovation at Dewey’s Pizza. “We are confident we have a partner who is dedicated to our success and will be instrumental as we navigate the future of dine-in.”

SpotOn Reserve enables restaurants the ability to offer direct reservation capabilities through their own platform and communicate with their customers throughout the dining experience, regardless of whether it’s integrated into the point-of-sale or operates as a standalone solution. “Seatninja has always been focused on providing powerful technology at a fair price,” said Mike Reinero, CEO of Seatninja. “The SpotOn team shares in that singular vision, and we couldn’t be more excited to offer restaurants across the country the digital solutions they need to run their business.”
