Veteran multi-asset strategist joins fast-growing ETF issuer to lead macro strategy, deepen advisor engagement, and expand Tema’s public-facing investment commentary.
Tema ETFs (“Tema”), a leader in actively managed exchange-traded funds, announced that Paisley Nardini, CFA, CAIA, has joined the firm as Head of Investment Strategy. Reporting to Tema President Steve Munroe, Ms. Nardini will lead the firm’s macro and multi-asset investment strategy, work with clients on portfolio construction and asset allocation, and represent Tema across a range of client, media, and industry engagements.
Ms. Nardini joins Tema from Simplify Asset Management, where she served as Managing Director, Head of Multi-Asset Solutions, with responsibilities spanning investment strategy, portfolio management, and client and media communications. Previously, she held investment and strategy roles at Invesco, PIMCO, and Wells Capital Management (now Allspring Global Investments).

Ms. Nardini has worked in the investment industry for the past fifteen years. She earned a BBA in Financial Markets from the University of Minnesota Duluth and is a CFA charterholder and CAIA designee.
