Barclays appoints Manuel Esteve as Head of Equity Capital Markets

Barclays makes strategic investment in Australia

Barclays Investment Bank announces the appointment of Manuel Esteve as Head Of Equity Capital Markets, Continental Europe. Manuel will be based in London and report to Tom Johnson, Head Of Equity Capital Markets EMEA.

Manuel has spent the last 18 years at JP Morgan where he held a number of Equity Capital Market (ECM) leadership roles in both origination and syndicate. He has extensive deal experience across multiple jurisdictions in EMEA, having led transactions for clients such as Nexi, Cellnex, Amadeus and Wizz Air. He also led JP Morgan’s ECM team that worked on Barclays Africa sell-down in 2016⁄17.
