ARACORE, a global institutional digital financial infrastructure company, announced today that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Stable, a USDT-native Layer 1 blockchain network. The collaboration will focus on institutional stablecoin settlement and global payment infrastructure.

As the global stablecoin market grows, so does the value of the infrastructure that lets real transactions settle safely on top of it”

— Jihoon Cha, CEO of ARACORE

As the stablecoin market grows rapidly, the question is shifting from “which stablecoin to use” to “how to actually connect that stablecoin to real transaction settlement.” This partnership is aimed squarely at that shift.

Stable is a Layer 1 blockchain purpose-built around USDT as its core network asset, building infrastructure to support stablecoin-based payments and settlement. ARACORE is developing the Institutional Settlement Network (ISN), which connects banks, payment providers, and digital asset infrastructure, and is designed as an orchestration layer that handles transaction routing, settlement coordination, and status management across diverse financial and payment systems.

Through this partnership, the two companies will explore concrete ways to connect Stable’s blockchain-based settlement infrastructure with ARACORE’s ISN. Key areas of collaboration include:

â–˛ Identifying institutional stablecoin settlement use cases
â–˛ Reviewing cross-border settlement infrastructure connecting financial institutions and payment providers
â–˛ Exploring technical integration between the Stable Network and ARACORE ISN
â–˛ Joint pilots and ecosystem expansion across Asia and other key markets

Beyond technical integration alone, the two companies will focus on building live use cases where financial institutions and payment providers with genuine cross-border transaction demand can settle more efficiently using stablecoins.

“As the global stablecoin market grows, so does the value of the infrastructure that lets real transactions settle safely on top of it,” said Jihoon Cha, CEO of ARACORE. “Through this collaboration with Stable, we’re connecting blockchain-based settlement infrastructure with ARACORE’s institutional settlement network — and building cross-border use cases that go beyond the announcement itself.”

ARACORE plans to continue expanding its global partner network — including banks, fintechs, payment service providers (PSPs), remittance operators, liquidity providers, and on/off-ramp providers — while building out cross-border settlement corridors grounded in real transaction flow.
