Orange Insurance Services Selects Tranzpay to Manage Premium Payments

Orange Insurance needed a solution to handle payments, integrate easily with its core system, and support a fast launch as they entered the Florida market.

Orange Underwriters, LLC DBA Orange Insurance Services (“Orange”), a technology-driven managing general agency (MGA) and subsidiary of HPN Holdings, INC (HPN Holdings, Inc. is an OTC Markets company trading under the symbol KICK), today announced its selection of Tranzpay, a payments solution built for insurance carriers and MGAs. With Tranzpay, Orange can now collect premiums from policyholders and agents with minimal effort from its internal team, improving operational efficiency.

Built by insurance industry veterans, Orange serves non-standard auto policyholders and independent insurance agents. As it entered the Florida market and set up its operations, the team needed a payments function that could handle premium collections, integrate easily with its core system, and support a fast launch. That led them to Tranzpay.

“After evaluating our payment options, we knew Tranzpay was the right fit for Orange,” said Dean Kozlowski, Chief Executive Officer of Orange Underwriters. “Getting started with them was easy. Tranzpay’s established work with our core system made the integration straightforward, and we had confidence in the team’s expertise to get us live on schedule. Now with our premium payments handled and automated, we have the operation we need to scale with us in Florida and beyond.”

Tranzpay connects to Orange’s core system, InformIns, through an existing integration and supports its direct business billing: policyholders pay by credit card, debit card or ACH from their bank account, and agents either submit a policyholder’s card payment or settle through an agent sweep. Automated rules in Tranzpay move each payment without manual handling. When Orange needs to verify a payment or respond to an agent, Tranzpay’s platform shows every payment attempt so the team can confirm quickly whether a policyholder was charged.

“As MGAs and carriers grow, payments should be one less thing leadership has to manage,” said Rok Daneshfar, CEO of Tranzpay. “We built Tranzpay to serve insurance, with integrations across the systems they run on, so teams like Orange’s can go live quickly, securely, and with confidence. We’re proud to be Orange’s payments partner and be part of what they’re building.”

Orange has appointed more than 150 independent agencies in Florida and has announced plans to enter the Texas personal automobile insurance market in the first quarter of 2027.

“We’re honored that Orange’s seasoned insurance executives chose Tranzpay as its preferred payments provider,” said Heather Queen, Director of Client Success at Tranzpay. “We work alongside insurers at every stage, from established carriers to new MGA launches, to ensure their payments are reliable and support their ambitious growth.”
