Through a network of authorized contractors, homeowners can rely on the Premier Program™ to cover all their home comfort heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs, including the latest energy-efficient equipment, annual maintenance, no-charge covered repairs, and complete peace of mind. The three new additions to the team join other recent C-suite hires as the company continues to attract top talent to help meet demand for the Premier ProgramTM from independent HVAC contractors and other industry players in the U.S.
The new Service 1st team members include:
- Jon Carman, Senior Vice President & Head of Sales – Mr. Carman is an accomplished and charismatic leader with over a decade of HVAC sales and training experience and a deep understanding of sales strategies and cycles within both retail and corporate environments. Jon has trained thousands of individuals and HVAC company owners across North America on all aspects of the HVAC contracting business. Jon will lead the company’s sales and training functions.

- Adam Weber, Senior Vice President Accounting & Finance – Mr. Weber brings a wealth of financial and operational expertise to Service 1st from a tenured career at leading institutions across Big Four public accounting, private equity, and management consulting, including most recently as a senior professional at Booz Allen Hamilton. Adam will lead the company’s accounting, finance, and information technology verticals.
- Thomas Towe, Vice President Contractor Development – Mr. Towe joins Service 1st from Lennox International, Inc. where he spent over three decades focused on the residential HVAC industry, most recently as Director of Field Marketing for Lennox. Tom will lead the company’s contractor development initiatives with a focus on identifying and evaluating Premier ProgramTM authorized contractors.
