Merchant Growth Announces New Executive and Board Appointments

Merchant Growth Appoints Seasoned Finance Executive Kevin Clark as Chief Revenue Officer and Canadian Fintech Entrepreneur Kevin Sandhu to Board of Directors

Merchant Growth (the “Company” or “Merchant”), Canada’s fastest and most agile fintech offering small business financing, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Clark to the position of Chief Revenue Officer and Kevin Sandhu to the Company’s Board of Directors effective September 24th, 2020.

Mr. Clark, who has been appointed to the position of Chief Revenue Officer, is a respected advisor in the Fintech/Financial Services industry, and is the founder and former Chair of the Canadian Lenders Association, former Founder and CEO of Lendified, and prior 30 year executive with the Bank of Nova Scotia, holding senior roles in the Investment Banking and Corporate Banking divisions across Canada, the United States, and Europe.

Kevin is a graduate of The Richard Ivey School of Business and is passionate about economic growth and business development in Canada for small businesses.

Kevin Sandhu has been appointed to Merchant Growth’s Board of Directors. Mr. Sandhu is the Founder and former CEO of Grow Technologies, an enterprise software company empowering leading financial institutions with digital banking solutions (acquired by ATB Financial in 2019). An entrepreneur from a very young age, Kevin founded Grow in 2014, driven by the vision to reinvent banking in Canada using data and technology. Prior to Grow, he had a successful decade-long career on Bay Street, working in investment banking and private equity for firms including RBC Capital Markets and Connor, Clark & Lunn.
