Bridge Financial Technology Expands Leadership Team, Names Industry Veteran Christopher Haley as Board Chairman

Bolster Expands Executive Leadership With Appointment of Young-Sae Song as CMO

Key additions enhance continued ability to provide software that increases advisors’ efficiency, builds stronger client relationships

Bridge Financial Technology, the leading provider of wealth and asset management software and infrastructure, has strengthened its senior leadership team and named financial services veteran Christopher Haley as Chairman of its Board of Directors.

Michael Sands has been hired as Vice President of Operations and Client Success, and Margaret Myers has been promoted to Vice President of Sales. The additions to the leadership team coincide with Bridge’s continued impressive advisor platform adoption with year-over-year growth of over 100 percent and platform data processing efficiency up 3X over the same period.

After serving as Bridge’s independent Board Director in 2019, Haley was unanimously appointed as Chairman of the Board this year. Haley, who is currently CEO of InsureTech startup, LegacyShield, is a seasoned operator with extensive experience as an investor, advisor, and board member of high-growth startups and WealthTech companies. His previous experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel of Black Diamond in the four years of historic growth leading up to the company’s successful sale to Advent Software in 2011.
