In his role, Ramirez will leverage his entrepreneurial thinking, his vast experience of the market and his deep understanding of the mortgage industry to further innovate Lodasoft’s product portfolio.

Bringing more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry, Ramirez was previously the Director of Software Engineering for loanDepot, where he led and managed the team that built and maintained loanDepot’s proprietary product & pricing engine. Additionally, he was the solution architect for the team that successfully launched loanDepot’s melloClear, expanding on the mello smartloan™ automation suite.
Before joining loanDepot, Ramirez built and sold a premier pricing engine company, Priceweaver. The company’s flagship product, LenderHub, was the first of its kind to have an open API architecture, giving clients and vendors the ability to leverage its investor library of pricing, risk based adjusters and eligibility guidelines to drive sales origination and profitability. Priceweaver was later acquired by Compass Analytics, LLC, a provider of pricing technology to lenders, which is now part of Black Knight, Inc.
