Patent No. 10.902.511 strengthens the Company’s intellectual property position and further demonstrates its commitment to financial institutions and fintechs as they seek to build more relevant relationships with customers. Specifically, the patent was awarded to Moven for providing a comparison between an average of certain transactions during the current period, and an average of corresponding transactions during each prior period. This result is sent to the user’s device, along with promotional offers related thereto.

“Time and again, Moven established design patterns that are used by banks and fintechs across the world. Our ability to reinforce that intellectual property with these world’s first patents around behavioral finance, contextual credit and offers, and wellness means we have a legal framework now for protecting that leadership we developed over the last decade,” said Executive Chairman and Moven Founder, Brett King. “Helping financial institutions become ever more relevant has been our priority since day one, and this patent is a testimony to the hard work the team has put forth,” he continued.
