Menufy CEO Sharmil Desai said, “A booming segment of our client base runs on Shift4’s family of software, and we’re excited to have partnered with a driving force for restaurant POS systems. The everyday convenience of on-demand service is a consumer expectation that restaurants should ideally serve through a unified solution.”

Menufy is available through the Shift4 marketplace. The turnkey installation enables instant operational readiness to process digital orders on a platform that can be linked from an existing restaurant website for a branded customer experience. Menufy’s services also include delivery capabilities, a vital component of online ordering success.

Menufy digitizes the food menu and brands all customer touchpoints to the restaurant. Patrons can transact on the restaurant’s online ordering website or on the Menufy mobile app, and can pay by credit card, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bitcoin, or Bitcoin Cash. Customers may also place orders ahead of time, as a group, and simplify checkout through social logins, or as a guest.

Dave Hoffman, Chief Product Officer at Shift4 Payments, states, “We are pleased to expand our rapidly growing Marketplace platform with the addition of Menufy. Menufy’s online ordering solution provides considerable value to restaurants, and we are delighted to integrate this application into our POS ecosystem to deliver a seamless ordering experience for both restaurateurs and customers.”
