Digital River Unveils New Partner Integration Program Opening its Global Seller Services to More Platforms Worldwide

New program allows brands more flexibility and access to Digital River’s back-end commerce solutions

Digital River, an experienced global commerce enabler for established and fast-growing brands, announced a new Partner Integration Program today. This program gives technology providers across the ecommerce industry greater flexibility and support to access Digital River’s Global Seller Services with their own integrations. The new program introduces a streamlined path for commerce and subscription partners to build integrations into their own platform, reducing the cost to connect to Digital River’s merchant of record model, enabling Digital River’s global payments, fraud, tax and compliance services. With one integration, partners offer their customers a path to quickly and confidently enter new global markets.

“We’re looking forward to partnering with Digital River to provide B2B SaaS companies with an all-in-one ecommerce solution that will allow them to enhance their subscription capabilities and easily expand into global markets”

“We’re looking forward to partnering with Digital River to provide B2B SaaS companies with an all-in-one ecommerce solution that will allow them to enhance their subscription capabilities and easily expand into global markets,” said Paul Lynch, CEO of Chargify, the leading billing platform for B2B SaaS, and one of Digital River’s new integration partners.

Since pivoting from a full-stack solution provider in 2019 to a modular, API-based provider of back-end services for global ecommerce, Digital River has created its own integrations with some of the world’s best-known commerce platforms, including a new integration on the SAP® App Center announced early Q1. The Partner Integration Program gives more commerce platform providers the opportunity to access our Global Seller Services and offer their clients one of the industry’s most powerful solutions for creating seamless buying experiences while eliminating risk and complexity worldwide.

“The Partner Integration Program is another step in our overall growth strategy,” said Adam Coyle, CEO at Digital River. “This gives us the opportunity to offer an elegant and easy solution for brands worldwide to grow their ecommerce stores on the platform of their choice, knowing the most complex checkout functions of ecommerce are being handled with expertise by Digital River.”

New Options for B2B clients

Also in Q1, Digital River expanded its invoicing options for B2B clients with TreviPay. As today’s B2B shoppers expect a more consumer-like online experience, TreviPay brings B2B ecommerce clients a scalable, branded line of credit solution enabling net terms at checkout. TreviPay alleviates cash flow constraints and eliminates the friction of paper invoicing in standard B2B purchasing processes.

“Digital River’s expansive software suite and partner ecosystem demonstrate true leadership and innovation in the B2B marketplace space,” said Brandon Spear, CEO at TreviPay. “Not only will TreviPay have the capability to scale alongside Digital River’s continued growth, the technology will also help the company strengthen existing client relationships and nurture new ones.”
