WEX Completes Acquisition of benefitexpress

WEX, a leading financial technology service provider, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of benefitexpress, a leading provider of highly configurable, cloud-based benefits administration technologies and services. WEX previously announced its entry into a definitive agreement to acquire benefitexpress on April 14, 2021. WEX expects the acquisition to be neutral to Adjusted Net Income in fiscal year 2021.
