Zelis Completes Acquisition of Sapphire Digital

Combined company enhances healthcare consumer solutions and accelerates mission to harmonize the complete pricing and payments process

Zelis, a leading payments company in healthcare, announced the completion of its previously announced acquisition of Sapphire Digital (“Sapphire”), the healthcare industry’s leading platform for provider selection, patient access, price transparency, and digital consumer navigation. Nearly 100 million people rely on Sapphire to help them discover, select and gain access to the care they need.
