“We are thrilled to be creating a long-term strategic relationship with Till Payments. This partnership supports their focus on game changing payment processing and allows Ziosk to stay dedicated to our evolving hospitality technology platform and bringing those innovations to market.”

The ZIPS business unit has been absorbed into the broader Till business, enabling new and existing partners to access a single-entry gateway to global expansion and greater flexibility for its integrated payments solution.

The complete ZIPS portfolio of independent software vendor partners and referral partners across North America, along with all of its employees, have transitioned over to Till as part of the acquisition, growing the company’s North America team to 35.

Moving across from ZIPS, Kevin Brown has been appointed Head of Strategy for Till North America. The deal also establishes a long-term strategic partnership between Till and Ziosk. Ziosk will continue to leverage the Till payment processing offering across its growing network of 3500+ hospitality locations in the US while Till will be offering Ziosk Smart Screen payment terminals to their international network of merchants.

Shadi Haddad, CEO at Till Payments believes the global hospitality sector is rapidly adopting disruptive technologies to mitigate the economic effects of the last two years and is calling out for the unique solution offered by Till and by Ziosk.

“Our newly established partnership with Ziosk will serve to strengthen our existing offering to businesses in the hospitality industry. The pandemic has completely overhauled the sector and there is now a critical need for payments and technology solutions that can address the operational and staffing issues facing the industry today,” Mr. Haddad said.

“Coupled with the smart, disruptive, customer experience enhancing technology of Ziosk, Till’s solution will tackle those challenges head on and we’re confident that we’ll be able to provide the urgent support that the industry needs,” He continued.
