As part of Opentalk 2020 Virtual, the inaugural CX Innovator Awards honor companies putting the customer first while pushing the boundaries of the customer experience industry. Recipients will be recognized in five categories: CX Business Impact, CX Innovator, CX Integrator, CX Rookie of the Year and CX Business Continuity.
