Xtensifi announced it was selected by Teachers Credit Union (TCU) to assist with its adoption of the Constellation Digital Platform.

In looking to expand the breadth and depth of its digital offerings through the use of the Constellation platform, TCU first engaged Xtensifi to help build out its strategy and roadmap. Xtensifi began by conducting a readiness assessment for TCU, which allowed it to create a framework for the credit union’s migration using advanced online roadmapping and collaboration technology from Aha! Labs.

The roadmap uncovered several areas where features where needed, but a solution provider had not yet been identified. This allowed TCU to structure a holistic approach to ensuring all of the features its members have come to expect and many new capabilities will be available in time for its migration to Constellation. Xtensifi was also chosen to develop many critical features for TCU members including card management, card controls, savings, rewards and overdraft management features, as well as key interfaces to the credit union’s account opening, card and mortgage systems.

“Xtensifi is aware that digital transformation involves more than simply putting things on the roadmap; it’s changing how we innovate and evolve,” said Dan Rousseve, Chief Information Officer at TCU. “Xtensifi helped us create structure around our thought process, organizing the creation of a logical approach to moving forward with front-end user interfaces, integration efforts, and engaging with partners in a way that will bring key functionality to market more quickly than ever before.”

“We are honored that TCU entrusted us to help guide and execute on its strategic goals and improve its member experience through industry leading digital capabilities,” said Brandon Kunz, EVP & General Manager of Xtensifi. “TCU is a perfect example of a credit union meaningfully investing to improve its digital capabilities and competencies to fulfill its mission to help members achieve financial success and prosperity.”
