Access Softek Adds Four Credit Unions to Industry-Leading Digital Banking Enterprise Platform

Access Digital provides the credit unions’ members with a full suite of omnichannel digital banking solutions that integrate seamlessly with Synergent’s core

Four credit unions have selected Access Digital, the advanced enterprise suite of omnichannel digital banking solutions from Access Softek to optimize their member experience for online channels. The credit unions have previously worked with Access Softek for their mobile banking platform and added Access Digital to provide a seamless, unified experience across all digital channels.

“We are excited to take this step forward as continued convenience for our members and their ability to access their accounts with the credit union wherever they are”

The credit unions – St. Lawrence Federal Credit Union (Ogdensburg, N.Y.), Sebasticook Valley Federal Credit Union (Newport, Maine), Meridia Community Credit Union (Hamburg, N.Y.) and Fall River Municipal Credit Union (Fall River, Mass.) – selected Access Softek’s enterprise solutions because of the seamless integration with their core provider, Synergent. The credit unions also cited the timely need for a digital banking solution that creates a seamless omnichannel experience for their members as a key factor in their decision.
