Ondot’s Card App supports both debit and credit cards within a single app and features onboarding and digital issuance. Card App can also issue alerts and has controls if a card is lost or stolen. The app also offers transaction insights and data enrichment so that users can better understand their spending. Card App is available directly through Access Softek’s online and mobile banking platform.

Ondot provides a platform for financial institutions that offers consumers a better view of where they are spending and gives them complete control over their cards. Using this platform, Card App also reduces false disputes associated with unrecognizable card transactions.

“Card App offers Access Softek a way to further embrace digital transformation to more profitably participate in digital card payment transactions and attract and retain new consumers,” said Robin Gusse, senior director Alliances & Partnerships. “Access Softek’s online and mobile banking users now have a simple and secure way to manage their cards and card activity, in real time during the moments that matter.”

Access Softek’s modern digital banking platform reimagines the consumer banking experience, transforming it from something dated and clunky into a contemporary environment that facilitates innovative capabilities like omnichannel biometric login and powerful, yet intuitive, core functionality.

“Card App is unique in the way it engages users and gives them complete control of their cards. It is crucial that today’s consumers have access to everything they need on one digital platform – cards included,” said Chris Doner, founder and CEO of Access Softek. “Offering this through our digital banking platform helps our bank and credit union clients strategically offer this service as a differentiator in the marketplace.”
