Asian Bank Selects CSI’s Core Platform to Implement Robust Digital Banking Offerings

Philadelphia-based Asian Bank has selected Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) (OTCQX: CSVI), a provider of end-to-end fintech and regtech solutions, as its new core provider in order to offer robust digital banking solutions to its unique customer base. Asian Bank—a community financial institution formed by entrepreneurs to serve the growth needs of Asian and minority small business owners in the greater Philadelphia area and beyond—also sought to make its operations more efficient and cost-effective.

Asian Bank’s officers knew they needed to offer their customers enhanced digital solutions, such as a modern online banking design, robust Bill Pay capabilities and refined statement delivery. They said that CSI’s ability to consolidate their online and mobile banking into one login, along with simplified navigation, would provide their customers a more consistent and convenient experience, leading to customer growth and retention.

Asian bank also selected CSI based on the ability of its NuPoint® core platform to increase its staff’s productivity through accelerated data access and advanced reporting. These operational enhancements allow the bank to more fully meet customer needs. The bank also cited CSI’s commitment to service and philosophy of partnering with their customer banks as key factors in the selection.
