Procurify Appoints Jonathan Su as Chief Product & Technology Officer to Accelerate Next Wave of AI Innovation in Spend Management

Procurify, the leading AI-powered platform for procurement, accounts payable (AP), expense, and payment solutions for mid-market organizations, announced that Jonathan Su has joined the company as Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO). Su will spearhead Procurify’s next phase of AI innovation, aimed at giving finance and procurement teams faster, deeper insights and unprecedented control over every dollar spent.

Su’s arrival marks a milestone in Procurify’s rapid ascent, with the company now processing more than $100 billion USD in spend and expanding AI capabilities that are reshaping how mid-market organizations operate. In 2025 alone, Procurify launched AI-powered Spend Insights providing up-to-date visibility into purchasing, expenses, and accounts payable — helping leaders uncover trends, flag anomalies, and control spend with confidence.

“Jonathan’s appointment comes at exactly the right moment,” said Chad Gaydos, CEO of Procurify. “We are doubling down on AI to solve the real-world problems mid-market finance leaders face every day. Jonathan knows how to scale world-class teams and deliver market-defining products. His leadership will be critical as we set the standard for AI excellence in spend management.”

Su brings more than two decades of product and engineering leadership in fintech, payments, and SaaS. Most recently, he was SVP of Product & Engineering for Spend Management at U.S. Bank, where he built integrated banking, payments, and software solutions that drove strategic revenue growth. As CTO at Bento for Business, he launched category-first innovations such as smart card controls, virtual cards, and Bento Pay—fuelling adoption and leading to the company’s acquisition by U.S. Bank.

“Procurify is leading a once-in-a-generation shift in how companies manage spend,” said Jonathan Su. “We are not just adding AI features; we are reimagining the finance tech stack so leaders can predict outcomes, prevent waste, and move with absolute confidence. My goal is to deliver innovations that impact customers’ daily work in months, not years.”
