RevSpring’s External Payment Page and IVR Advantage Integrations Enable Seamless, Compliant and Optimized Payments for TriHealth Patients
RevSpring, the leading provider of healthcare financial engagement and payment solutions, announced that TriHealth will utilize its IVR Advantage product leveraging Epic App Orchard Integration. TriHealth, the Cincinnati region’s nationally recognized integrated health system and a long-time RevSpring IVR customer, will leverage RevSpring’s enhanced integration with Epic to provide a more seamless experience for patients while adding real-time balance and posting capabilities.
TriHealth has been a RevSpring payment client for more than fifteen years. As their payment technology needs have evolved, RevSpring has responded with flexible alternatives to further enable their Epic-centric strategy. Earlier this year, TriHealth implemented RevSpring’s External Payment Page (EPP) capabilities within the Epic App Orchard environment, enabling patients to enter credit card and ACH information seamlessly within the Epic MyChart workflow, while minimizing the PCI scope for TriHealth.

“We’re delighted to be continuing our long-term relationship with RevSpring as we seek to leverage TriHealth’s Epic investment,” said TriHealth vice president of revenue cycle Emily Seitz-Pawlak. “Epic and RevSpring are both essential platforms for us as we work to maximize our revenue cycle success, and the financial health and satisfaction of our patients. With every new innovation that RevSpring brings forward to bolster patient experience and payment results, the greater the advantage for our organization and our patients.”
With the EPP capabilities TriHealth uses today, patients can make PCI-compliant payments in MyChart using RevSpring’s integrated page, without sensitive payment data ever crossing TriHealth’s network. Patient payments post directly into MyChart.
“With the direct integration of the RevSpring IVR solution with Epic, we’re excited about receiving more—and more accurate—patient payment data in real-time. All of this supports our goals of increasing revenue collections, reducing administrative work, and providing the best patient payment experience possible,” Seitz-Pawlak added. “We are excited as we look forward to the next phase of our payment engagement strategy, providing RevSpring’s integrated payment capabilities within Hyperspace.”

“RevSpring’s objective is to provide the best, broadest, and most highly preferred payment app available today in the Epic App Orchard,” said RevSpring CEO Scott MacKenzie. “Working with visionary customers like TriHealth, we’re thrilled to see how our innovations impact our clients and their patients by making each patient payment experience even better.”
RevSpring’s IVR Advantage product, with seamless Epic integration, is available as a stand-alone solution, or fully integrated with any or all of RevSpring’s comprehensive portfolio of products, including RevSpring Analytics, Talksoft® pre-service messaging, OmniChannel digital engagement, PersonaPay™ payment solutions, IVR Advantage™ outbound call automation, and print and mail capabilities.
