“We have worked to create an inclusive culture that encourages our employees to find ways to connect with one another, listen, and build on their unique perspectives to make valuable contributions to their teams and the Firm,” said Ryan Global President and Chief Operating Officer Ginny B. Kissling. “This recognition from our employees reinforces our efforts to have a diverse workplace that lives our values and continues to deliver meaningful results to our clients.”

As a recognized organization on the Best Workplaces for Diversity, Ryan was Great Place to Work-Certified in 2018. To earn this distinction, the Firm had at least 90 percent of its employees agree they are treated fairly, regardless of personal characteristics, such as gender, ethnicity, age, and sexual orientation. Great Place to Work determined the best Trust Index statements provided based on employee responses about the Firm being inclusive to establish its final ranking.

Bush, chief executive officer of Great Place to Work. “In our study of nearly 2,000 companies, we found that key metrics related to equity and inclusion not only drive stronger company innovation but also predict whether companies will thrive or stumble during a recession.”
