As part of its partnership with OBank, FPT is upgrading the bank’s Internet and Mobile Banking systems to deliver a seamless and secure user experience. The project includes frontend development (Vue.js), backend services (Java), security implementation, and comprehensive testing, forming a key element of OBank’s digital roadmap. Building on this foundation, both parties plan to extend cooperation to Temenos T24 support, system upgrades, cloud migration, and digital innovation in areas such as AI, data analytics, and open banking.

Concurrently, FPT also partnered with E.SUN Bank to modernize its T24 core banking platform. Completed in July 2025, the project encompassed extensive upgrades to both the operating system and database. This achievement marks a significant milestone in enhancing the stability, security, and scalability of E.SUN Bank’s core systems, further reinforcing the bank’s commitment to operational excellence and digital innovation.

By driving digital advancement with two of Taiwan’s most forward-thinking banks, FPT demonstrates its capability to deliver comprehensive modernization: from improving customer-facing platforms to upgrading critical banking infrastructure. Through these strategic collaborations, FPT reinforces its role as a trusted technology partner, enabling financial institutions across Taiwan and the Asia-Pacific region to operate with greater agility, resilience, and efficiency.

“These partnerships reflect our long-term vision to empower financial institutions with future-ready technologies,” said Levi Nguyen, Chief Executive Officer of FPT Thailand and FPT Taiwan, FPT Corporation. “By combining deep domain expertise with proven implementation capabilities, we are helping our clients in Taiwan accelerate their digital transformation, from modernizing core systems to building agile, customer-centric digital ecosystems.”

Since entering the Taiwan market in 2018, FPT has become a trusted digital transformation partner for the country’s leading enterprises across banking and financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing, and automotive. With a growing local presence, the Taiwanese office is expanding collaborations with universities and industry leaders to co-innovate in areas such as AI, cloud, and semiconductor talent development.
