Payrailz Promotes Song Nunnallee to VP of Implementation

Payrailz, a digital payments company offering smarter, more engaging payment experiences to banks and credit unions, announced the promotion of Song Nunnallee from director to vice president of implementations to further emphasize the company’s commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

In this expanded role, and reporting to Payrailz’ COO Paul Franko, Nunnallee will direct an expanding team of professionals and be responsible for guiding Payrailz’ bank and credit union clients as they implement the company’s smart payments technology. Her goal is to ensure that the banks, credit unions and, most importantly, end users of this technology achieve the highest performance from their payments systems. Furthermore, her team will employ contemporary communications technology and collaborative tools to add a personal and collaborative approach to the implementation process.

Experienced in digital payments, online and mobile banking, mortgage lending and software consulting, Nunnallee brings to her expanded role a set of proven and established skills in client relationships, implementations and project management. Her expertise also enables her to manage complex core processor integrations, data structures for conversions and partner integrations and she is also able to balance communication and coordination with contributing teams.

With over 20 years in technology management, Nunnallee brings a high level of expertise in project management, client relations and technology integration in digital banking. Her experiences include roles at companies like Payveris and ORCC (now part of Fiserv) where she managed projects, partners, implemented new product development efforts and maintained client relationships. Nunnallee has also held former roles as a consultant and an IT project manager.

She has a strong history of managing complex integration projects and in-depth knowledge of Agile and Scrum development methodology. Her professional experience in maintaining and building client relations and cross functional team building and motivation showcase her superior communication skills and her resourcefulness.
