MJC Partners (“MJC”), a boutique investment bank with a historically proven expertise and focus on the financial services, financial technology, and blockchain sectors, recently announced the addition of three senior investment bankers to its team. The new group will add highly skilled, high-touch senior bankers that will be dedicated to covering the Blockchain and Fintech sectors full-time.

Rob Fellinger, Nakul Mehta, and Collin Finnerty bring 30+ years of combined experience from BTIG, Evercore, Blackrock, Morgan Joseph TriArtisan, Stifel, and Deutsche Bank. They have spent the last 3+ year building differentiated relationships across the blockchain and fintech landscape, executing differentiated landmark transactions across the sector while developing a level of sector knowledge and connectivity that is unmatched by traditional peers. The team has experience advising both private and public companies across capital raising, M&A, and SPAC transactions. Mr. Mehta and Mr. Finnerty are based in New York and Mr. Fellinger is based in Los Angeles.
