“Financial Advisors tend to use a hodge-podge of old technologies that are clearly not made to handling their meeting notes – the lifeblood of their practice,” said Anand Sheth, Founder and CEO of Pulse360. “Our goal in bringing the Automatic Task Creation feature is to harness technology to work for the financial advisor and make their practices efficient and systemized.”

Financial Advisors can now use their frequently used written advice and attach a task template to it. From that point, anytime the advisor emails the same advice to their clients, a task will automatically be created in either Redtail CRM or Wealthbox CRM – removing the need to manually type up tasks in CRMs. The deep integration between Pulse360 and Redtail CRM or Wealthbox CRM is bi-directional and if a task is marked as completed in the CRMs, it will be reflected in Pulse360 – not requiring the advisor to update two systems.
