New York-based Hudson Dynamic Retirement will bolster its suite of services by folding into existing Bluespring firm, US Financial Services, extending the hub’s footprint

Bluespring Wealth Partners, LLC, an industry-leading acquirer and partner of best-in-class wealth management firms,  announced the addition of Hudson Dynamic Retirement of Elmsford, New York. The $265 million firm will merge into Bluespring Wealth Partners’ U.S. Financial Services, which was acquired in 2020, creating a fourth office location for U.S. Financial Services.

Led by President Andrew (Andy) Brief and Lead Advisor Christina Dziadzio, Hudson Dynamic Retirement has built a business on providing highly individualized services that focus on clients’ unique needs. By joining forces with U.S. Financial Services, the firm will bolster its client offerings through enhanced estate planning, portfolio design, and investment services. In turn, U.S. Financial Services will add a talented group of advisors to its roster while deepening its ties to the New York market.
