The new iPipeline platform is built with intelligence embedded at its core, combining an open, integration ready architecture with configurable workflows and low-code tools that reduce reliance on custom development. The result is greater choice and flexibility in how digital experiences are built, maintained, and scaled across life insurance, annuities, and wealth.
iPipeline’s AI foundation, CHARLi, which powers and connects the entire iPipeline ecosystem, underpins the platform’s ability to deliver faster, smarter, and more personalized experiences. As the first module on the platform, iGO Evolve leverages CHARLi to accelerate e-app onboarding and modernization by reducing setup, testing, and ongoing maintenance time through the introduction of innovative AI technologies and low-code, self-service functionality. The platform is now home to iPipeline’s SmartSell, transforming the selling experience by letting agents interact with a carrier’s underwriting system in real time. In one seamless workflow, agents can assess health class, present coverage options, receive automated underwriting decisions, collect payment, and bind the policy — all in 30 minutes or less.
