KlariVis Appoints Dwayne Stover as Vice President of Client Experience

KlariVis, a leading performance intelligence platform built for financial institutions, announced the appointment of Dwayne Stover as Vice President of Client Experience. In this role, Stover will lead KlariVis’ client success, implementation, and support functions, with a focus on driving adoption, long-term value realization, and strong client partnerships across the company’s growing customer base.

Stover brings more than 20 years of experience leading global professional services and customer success teams across enterprise technology environments. He has a strong track record of scaling teams, improving operational performance and strengthening client outcomes through disciplined execution and data-driven decision-making.

At KlariVis, Stover will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s client experience strategy, overseeing onboarding and training programs, and serving as an executive sponsor for key client relationships. He will work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure the KlariVis platform continues to deliver measurable value for community financial institutions and supports long-term retention and growth.

Prior to joining KlariVis, Stover held senior leadership roles at GE Digital and GE Vernova, where he led professional services and customer success teams across North and South America as well as international markets. His experience includes overseeing large-scale implementations, managing profit and loss responsibilities, and applying Lean methodologies to improve efficiency, project profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Stover holds a Master of Business Administration in Management from Averett University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Radford University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
