Created specifically with accountants and CPAs in mind, these new capabilities help manage and automate document and client-centric workflows.
The latest ShareFile features are tailored to address the evolving needs of accounting professionals. In a ShareFile survey, 56% of accounting firms said that time-consuming, manual administrative work is a leading challenge. By addressing these manual tasks and other common inefficiencies through automated and streamlined processes, ShareFile is transforming the way accountants manage their work and deliver great client experiences.

- Templates: Ready-to-use or custom templates designed to help speed up engagements and prepared by client (PBC) lists.
- Document automation: Templatize repetitive agreements with automation that auto-fills client information for documents like engagement letters.
- Integrations: Eliminate disruptions caused by constant app switching through seamless integrations with essential accounting tools like QuickBooks, FreshBooks, Xero, and Pipedrive.
Purpose-built for accounting workflows that simplify and improve the client lifecycle and experience, all in one place.
- Solutions (beta): Solutions are tailor-made to facilitate seamless end-to-end use cases for core accounting processes. Our first accounting solution — U.S. Individual Income Tax Return — streamlines client document management for federal individual tax processes, from onboarding clients to compiling the documents for the return.
Optimizations for client satisfaction, to make engagement frictionless and seamless.
- Client portal experience: Improve the client experience by making it easy to view tasks and take action quicker in their portal, like submitting PBC list documents or completing a digital information request.

The new features are now available to users of ShareFile Premium. Solutions, including the U.S. Individual Income Tax Return Solution, are available as a beta release with access limited to ShareFile Premium customers.
