Jessica Tierney has advanced at the pace of Verifast’s growth—joining just 14 months ago as Director of Integrations, rising to VP of Product, and now serving as CIO. With more than 18 years in multifamily spanning conventional, refinance, lease-up, and renovation portfolios, she brings an operator’s lens to how decisions across the asset lifecycle impact NOI and elevate the resident experience. After launching into proptech with Chadwell Supply, Tierney has helped operators identify tech that fills capability gaps, simplifies workflows, and delivers measurable outcomes. Her promotion recognizes a rare ability to design solutions that fit the day-to-day realities of property teams while scaling across entire organizations.
