Dru Armstrong is a customer focused CEO with extensive experience in running high growth software organizations. Leading the real estate performance management solution innovator, Grace Hill, as the CEO, she more than doubled the business to serve over 30% of all property management companies and professionals. She has a strong product management background; through her leadership, Grace Hill evolved from delivering a single product to being a full platform company with integrated products and services. She has extensive experience scaling technology companies with market leading private equity firms throughout her career; she has held leadership, operations and consulting roles across the private equity field. Armstrong’s experience in legal technology and the built environment will accelerate AffiniPay’s growth in those markets. Dru began her career in the legal environment and holds her J.D./M.B.A from the University of Chicago.
