“Exceptional customer service is our priority. The modern, digital convenience is great but there’s no replacing the human connection. If a broker has a question or needs to talk, we’ll be available. Plain and simple”

Pomi (an acronym for Peace of Mind Insurance) is the company’s first all-digital platform where brokers can quote and bind most blanket special risk policies in just a few minutes. The platform has been customized for brokers selling A&H insurance to industries such as daycares, nonprofits, after school activities and camps. The innovative “click and bind” method provides fast service and will help improve the way brokers fulfill the needs of their insureds.

Divisional President Jim Slate says, “We are excited to lead the charge with the pomi brand and set the standard for a digital insurance model within our industry. We are focused on providing a fast, simple and easy customer experience. We see this as a huge opportunity for brokers to serve more insureds in less time and with less hassle.”

In addition to the digital platform, getpomi.com will provide self-service conveniences including online custom quote submissions for businesses, such as public and private K-12 schools, colleges, universities and health clubs. Appointment request forms and other information will also be available. And while the digital experience is central, brokers can always easily reach the team.

“Exceptional customer service is our priority. The modern, digital convenience is great but there’s no replacing the human connection. If a broker has a question or needs to talk, we’ll be available. Plain and simple,” Slate added.
