AccessOne is a current RevSpring client and leading solution provider in the patient financing industry that delivers proprietary, technology-enabled patient financing products designed to reach consumers in need of additional help to manage their healthcare costs.

The integration provides a seamless technology bridge that quickly connects patients with needed resources, increasing collections and reducing the risk of bad debt for providers while providing all patients with access to a variety of affordable payment options. The new option further expands the personalized pay in full, payment plan, and financial assistance/charity outcomes already presented in PersonaPay.

“We are very excited to expand our relationship with RevSpring,” said Mark Spinner, CEO of AccessOne. “With our seamless integration into PersonaPay, healthcare providers who partner with AccessOne and RevSpring can benefit from an automated set of user experiences to streamline their teams’ workflow in supporting patients in need.”

The offer includes productivity tools both for staff and for patient self-service and is designed to make it easy to get patients connected with financing alternatives early in their financial engagement journey. This in turn leads to higher patient satisfaction and cash collections with fewer negative patient outcomes in bad debt scenarios.

“In this time of financial uncertainty, RevSpring is doubly committed to providing an empathetic payment pathway for all patients,” said Casey Williams, RevSpring senior vice president of payment applications. “We especially hope to increase credit access and better financial outcomes for those patients who are not able to meet their financial obligations within the framework of a healthcare provider’s current collection policies.”
