Spirit of Texas Bancshares, Inc.,the bank holding company for Spirit of Texas Bank, announced , its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.12 per share of the Company’s common stock.  The dividend is payable to shareholders of record at the close of business.
