The former Instagram and Twitter executive will spearhead partnership acquisitions to increase mainstream awareness of the leading NFT marketplace

Rarible, the leading non-fungible token (NFT) marketplace and protocol for creating, selling and collecting digital items, announced that seasoned talent and partnership professional Sunil Singhvi has joined the company as Chief Business Development Officer. Singhvi will play a crucial role in furthering Rarible’s mission to bring NFTs to the mainstream by establishing commercial and culturally relevant partnerships, effectively spreading awareness of the NFT space to broad audiences worldwide.

Singhvi joins Rarible with nearly a decade of experience working at iconic social media companies Twitter and Instagram, focusing on partnership development and business growth.  Upon joining Twitter in 2012, Singhvi was tasked with expanding the platform’s relationship with the U.S. and U.K. entertainment industries. His success in this realm resulted in Singhvi’s elevation to lead global music relationships, where he oversaw partnerships with the world’s biggest stars. Singhvi later joined Instagram to manage partnerships across northern Europe. During his tenure, Singhvi created and executed partnerships across multiple industries including sports, music and the arts, helping jumpstart and drive the careers of a generation of digital-first creators.

With a wealth of experience in relationship building and partnership acquisitions, Singhvi has the skills required to successfully lead Rarible’s rapid business development. In his role as Chief Business Development Officer, Singhvi’s main responsibility is building a global team to partner with digital-first artists, traditional creatives and intellectual property (IP) owners, and ensuring partners have the tools to facilitate NFT drops in a successful, creative and commercial way. These new partnerships will help Rarible spread awareness of its novel marketplace and protocol, while also expanding consumer knowledge of the NFT space as a whole.

“The driving force behind my work is a personal passion for helping creatives tell their stories through meaningful partnerships and on emerging platforms, which is why I am thrilled to join Rarible. It is a truly unique space where creativity takes center stage in building long-term, sustainable business models,” said Singhvi. “Rarible provides a blank canvas for innovation, allowing creatives to use art in a way that expresses who they are and what they stand for without any limits.”
