“We are excited to partner with Gary, Cameron, Phil, and the Saratoga team to build a next-generation compliance platform serving the evolving insurance industry.”
By combining two leaders in insurance compliance software and services, Saratoga creates one of the most comprehensive solution suites in the industry, serving more than 300 clients nationwide. The platform addresses the growing complexity of state-level regulatory requirements faced by insurance carriers, distributors, and service providers, enabling them to streamline operations, improve accuracy, and reduce compliance risk.
Gary Harker, Founder & CEO of 3HCG, has assumed leadership of the combined organization, which will be headquartered in Saratoga Springs, New York. As part of the transaction, Cameron Parker, Operating Chairman of OneShield, and Phil Reynolds, Founder and Chairman of BriteCore, have joined Saratoga’s Board of Directors.
“I am proud of the success 3HCG has achieved since 2003, serving many of the nation’s most innovative and fastest-growing insurance agencies,” said Harker. “Together with NLCG, we will expand our capabilities, introduce new solutions, and continue delivering exceptional value to clients. I am equally proud to partner with Altaline and Haven—firms whose principals I have known and respected for nearly a decade.”
“We see tremendous opportunity to help Saratoga accelerate innovation, particularly through AI-driven tools that enhance the customer experience,” said Brian Maher, Principal at Altaline. “We are also focused on strengthening customer support, expanding distribution, and pursuing complementary acquisitions to drive continued growth.”
Rafael Telahun, Managing Director at Altaline, added, “We are excited to partner with Gary, Cameron, Phil, and the Saratoga team to build a next-generation compliance platform serving the evolving insurance industry.”
