Langdon Park Capital Announces Strategic Investment from Eldridge
Black-owned institutional real estate investment company addresses chronic undersupply of high-quality real estate in diverse communities

Langdon Park Capital, a Black-owned real estate investment company, and Eldridge, a holding company with a diversified network of businesses across finance, real estate, entertainment and technology, have announced the formation of a new partnership in which Eldridge will acquire a minority interest in Langdon Park Capital. Eldridge will join global real estate investment company Kennedy Wilson (NYSE: KW), a founding investor in Langdon Park Capital, in supporting Langdon Park Capital’s mission to help address the unmet demand for high-quality housing and well-operated business facilities in historically underserved Black and Latino communities across the United States.
