Charles River Appoints Dmitriy Ilyin to Lead SaaS Operations and Support

Charles River Development, a State Street Company, announced that Dmitriy Ilyin has been appointed Managing Director of Software as a Service (SaaS) Operations and Support, responsible for all SaaS and Technical Support teams globally. In addition, Ilyin will oversee Charles River’s continuing transition to Microsoft® Azure and help shape the firm’s strategic cloud direction and growth strategy.

Previously, Ilyin led the Technical Operations team at Intralinks, a FinTech provider for Mergers & Acquisitions services. During that time, he transformed the operations support organization into the site reliability engineering discipline and built global, follow-the-sun operations centers to support a hybrid data center-based and public cloud model. He also developed an Information Technology Services Management (ITSM) practice focused on driving operational excellence.
