New organizational structure better aligns the company to achieve its strategic goals.
Connect Financial Software Solutions (“Connect”), a CUSO providing advanced enterprise digital banking services to credit unions, has announced a restructuring of the company’s leadership team in response to company growth and to better align with the company’s strategic plans for our future direction.
“Today’s announcement marks a significant milestone with the restructuring of new and existing roles within our leadership team that will position Connect for continued success. These changes represent an alignment of our management resources in a way that will greatly enhance our ability to deliver innovative products and services for our clients as we move into the next phase of our growth,” said Grant Parry, Connect’s President & CEO.
Kaylene Anderson has been promoted to the newly created role of SVP of Finance, leading the Accounting and Human Resources departments and ensuring effective financial management of the organization.
Anthony Bender has been promoted to the newly created role of SVP of Technology. This new position reflects the company’s focus on technology as the driver enabling our continued evolution. In this role, Anthony will lead the Information Technology, Engineering, Applications, and Quality Assurance departments.
Randy Hanson has assumed the new position of VP of Engineering, with a focus on defining and evolving the future of our technology, overseeing our team of architects.

Ross Karcher has been appointed to the new role VP of Applications, which allows Connect to better utilize his experience and background in Development and managing developers.
Charles Rodriguez has been promoted to VP of Sales, leading the Sales and Account Management team in the acquisition of new clients as well as the management and growth of existing client relationships.
Other members of the Connect Leadership Team are Brandon Burt as VP of Product Development, Rob Italiano as VP of Implementations, Chris Jones as VP of Client Services, Brian Warfel as VP of Partner Management, and Kelly Warfel as VP of Marketing.
This restructuring will better position the company for continued success in achieving its overall goals and future direction, while also providing the continuity of strong leadership across all business facets.
