Digital Identity Net Appoints Former NatWest Group Senior Manager as New COO

Digital Identity Net, the innovative digital identity company connecting consumers, banks and businesses, today announced the appointment of Stuart Kempster as Chief Operating Officer. Stuart joins the executive team, reporting to CEO Martin Wilson.

Stuart will have overall responsibility for product development, technology and customer services, security and operations at Digital Identity Net. He will oversee the rollout of the OneID® digital identity service in the UK ahead of full commercial launch later this year.

Stuart joins with immediate effect from NatWest Banking Group, where he served as Programme Director and product owner for the UK Domestic Payment schemes, such as BACS and Faster Payments for nearly five years. Stuart was responsible for the successful delivery of Confirmation of Payee to NatWest Group retail, private and commercial customers, helping to protect over 16 million people from Authorised Push Payment scams. Prior to NatWest, he served as a Chief Technology Officer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services (HP Defence).
